This was taken underneath the St. Johns bridge in Portland. I really like this photo because to me, it looks like it could be so many different things, arches in a church, the end of a tunnel, or underground somewhere. I really like how many levels there are to this photo.
My favorite part of this photo is the scraggly twigs creeping across the window. This is outside the Japanese Gardens downtown and I really like how what's behind the window is barely able to be seen. It really gives it a sense of mystery.
I really like the line composition in this picture. I think that the leading lines all the way across the photo. I think that the repetition of the geometric shapes really helps make the photograph.
